When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, area of interest and message. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed for that purpose.

Disclosure and security

We do not disclose your information to third parties except service providers who help us run email and hosting, or where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Access and complaints

You may ask to access or correct your information, or raise a concern, by emailing info@tectel.com.au. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
